Книга Умным диеты не нужны. Последние научные открытия в области борьбы с лишним весом
Умные люди не сидят на диетах, потому что любые ограничения – мало эффективны, а иногда и просто опасны, считает д-р Марки. Но это вовсе не значит, что можно есть все подряд, сидеть часами перед телевизором и выкинуть на помойку весы, кроссовки и велосипед. Как раз наоборот. Д-р Марки, дипломированный профессор психологии питания, уверена, что для долгой жизни (и счастливой старости) всем нам будет полезно взять себя в руки, наладить режим питания, физических тренировок и сна. Главное – руководствоваться в этом процессе не модными тенденциями, а проверенными научными данными и здравым смыслом. Любите себя, помните, что любая физическая активность лучше, чем ее отсутствие, и не вините себя за то, что иногда вы будете сбиваться с правильного пути. Эта книга будет полезна не только тем, кто уже отчаялся похудеть, но и тем, кто вполне доволен своим телом и даже не планирует садиться на диету.
